We are excited to announce that we have partnered with three other Florida Multiple Listing Services (MLSs), St Augustine, St Johns County MLS, realMLS, Daytona Beach MLS, and Space Coast MLS, to build a true MLS data share.
Putting the needs of our members and consumers first, MLS members of these organizations now have access to all four MLSs from within their own native MLS system.
We believe:
MLSs should share data in ways that elevate the amount of good the data can achieve.
A wider, more accessible MLS database is good for everyone.
Easy access to MLS data is good for Brokers and the consumers they serve.
Transparency is what helps the free market in a cooperative way.
We are thrilled to announce the Coast 2 Coast Data Share is now live. This data share will enable our members to seamlessly search listings in three other market places, in addition to the Space Coast.

We believe that this collaboration will greatly enhance the experience of our members and provide them with greater opportunities to find the perfect property for their customer or clients needs. We look forward to seeing the positive impact that this new data share will have within our industry.
What to expect when searching: MLS Data from all four MLSs will be auto selected in the search. If you do not wish to search listings from all MLSs you will need to manually adjust the search parameters to only show Space Coast or set your general preferences to default to Space Coast. If you would like to re-select all databases you will need to hold the Ctrl key and select the databases you would like to search.
Note: by limiting your data source to just one database you could be missing listings that are taken out of area. Example: a member from one of the participating data shares has a Brevard County listing and they input it in the MLS they belong to, if you do not have all data sources selected when searching for the perfect listing for your customer or client, you could miss that listing.
