LOCALshowings now LIVE

We have officially rolled out the new showing service, Local Showings. Local Showings is available in both a desktop version as well as a mobile app.
The Local Showings platform will allow members to:
  • Schedule showings of any listing in Space Coast MLS
  • Offer a calendar view of available times
  • Generate seller reports
  • Highlight feedback
  • Facilitate communication with other agents


Log into Flexmls and look for the Local Showings link on the Listing menu – click that link and you will automatically get logged into Local Showings.

Once on your Local Showings dashboard, click Enable LocalShowings App.

You'll be prompted to agree to the User Agreement, accept and agree, then you'll receive your login credentials.

**Your assigned numbers will show up**
Now you're on your dashboard and can update your picture an any information needed and start utilizing your Local Showings service.
