Space Coast MLS is pleased to introduce CheckMate, our new MLS compliance platform designed to enhance communication, improve transparency, and simplify the compliance process for Participants, Subscribers, and Brokers.

You may have already noticed the new Vendor tile on your MLS dashboard. From there, you'll be able to:
Review any violations you've received
Review potential violations you've reported
View any fines
The Violation button has returned to the listing detail page, making it easier to report potential violations directly from a listing.

The datachecker@space321.com will still be an active inbox to report violations along side the CheckMate system.

CheckMate will remain in a soft launch through August 4, 2026 as we continue validating system functionality, refining workflows, and assisting members with the transition.
