On behalf of the Space Coast Association of REALTORS®, we share with deep sadness the passing of long-time member Roseann Liantonio Koellner Nicol.
Roseann truly loved the work she did in real estate, but even more so, she cherished the relationships she built with fellow REALTORS® and her clients. She was especially known for her enthusiasm for caravan day and the tradition of sharing lunch afterward with her office friends, moments she looked forward to and deeply enjoyed.
Beyond her professional life, Roseann was known for her vibrant personality, warmth, and genuine love for people. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and her family was the center of her world. Her legacy also includes her love of community, friendship, and the many lives she touched over the years.
The Space Coast Association of REALTORS® honors Roseann’s decades of membership, her contributions to the real estate community, and the lasting impact she made on those who had the privilege of knowing and working with her. She will be greatly missed.
