MLS Auto Assistant is launching on Monday, January 12th.
Auto Assistant uses public records, geocode data, and prior listings to suggest, validate, and autofill property information during the listing creation process. It reduces manual data entry for agents and improves the accuracy and completeness of the listing data.
What You Should Know:
- Adding a listing now starts with a few short steps, including smart autofill suggestions.
- Agents remain in control of their listing data. Agents can decide on autofill options and must still review and confirm all data before publishing.
Next steps:
Beginning Monday, January 12, you will see a product news alert in the MLS telling you about Auto Assistant and how it works. When you select “Add Listing” from the menu, Auto Assistant will automatically load and start your listing entry process.
