Do you know a Realtor® (or a Business Partner Member for Business Partner of the Year) who should receive special recognition for achievements and contributions? Someone who stands out in performance, professionalism, dedication, and service to the Space Coast Association of REALTORS®, their company, clients, customers, and the community? This nominee may be someone in your own office or an associate you know from another company. REALTORS® (or Business Partners for Business Partner of the Year) will be honored in the following categories:

2025 REALTOR® of the Year
The Space Coast Association of REALTORS® is looking for that special REALTOR® that goes above and beyond the call of duty to serve and represent the Board. These are the agents that go to all the meetings, attend the education functions and are in general a pleasure to do business with.

2025 Good Neighbor
Here is an opportunity to nominate a deserving member for recognition by the Space Coast Association of REALTORS®. This award is intended to recognize individual contributions to the local community and do not have to be real estate related. Nominees should have made a significant contribution of time or other resources, and will be awarded based on a level of personal contributions, broadness of impact, and the project’s suitability as a role model for other association members.

2025 Rising Star
The Rising Star Award is presented to a new committee volunteer who demonstrates outstanding commitment and enthusiastic support to Space Coast Association of REALTORS® program.

2025 REALTOR® Spirit Award
The Spirit Award recipient motivates others, through enthusiasm and participation, to attend events. The recipient may serve on a committee or just answers the call for help. The recipient is reliable and shows up! An eligible recipient can also be a more reserved person who quietly takes on tasks- transporting props to events, participating in the set-up, tear down and clean up without fanfare.

NEW AWARD: 2025 REALTOR® Member Choice Award
This is a newly added award! Find a REALTOR® member out there who is doing the good work in the real estate industry.
The nominator cannot nominate a member in their brokerage firm or affiliated firm.
This award is not based on production.
The award winner must be a REALTOR® member with the Space Coast Association of REALTORS®.
The award winner cannot be a Director or Officer with the Space Coast Association of REALTORS®
This Award winner is selected by the Board of Directors.

2025 Business Partner of the Year
.
A Business Partner is someone that, while not a REALTOR®, has a business that supports the efforts of the REALTOR® community. This could be a title company, home inspector, mortgage broker, bank, pest control service, etc. Business Partner members of the Space Coast Association of REALTORS® provide funds to underwrite the cost of luncheons and dinners, give away door prizes at functions and supply refreshments for education courses.
