MLS TIP:
Duplicate/Ghost Accounts
For the purposes of the Data Share, because St Augustine is on a different MLS system than us & the other members of the Data Share (we use Flex), contact cards needed to be created in St Augustine’s system so that all member names within the Data Share would be available.
The St Augustine version is a “ghost” version, this does not go anywhere & does not attach to anything – no credit is given either in Space Coast or any of the other Data Share MLSs when the St Augustine accounts are chosen as Listing Member or Selling Member.
Should you notice that the St Augustine account was chosen by mistake, please email MLS@space321.com with the MLS number & address, we will get it changed back to the Space Coast account for you.
Make sure you’re always choosing the SPACE COAST version whenever adding yourself or any other members on your listings.

If the Selling Member is out of area/not a Space Coast member, you will chose Non-Member Out of Area. But again, Make sure you’re always choosing the SPACE COAST version.
