2025 Board of Directors Election Results

On behalf of the Space Coast Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to every member who participated in this year’s Board of Directors Election, thank you!

Before we share the results, we invite you to pause with us for a moment of silence in remembrance of September 11, 2001. Today, we honor the lives lost, the heroes who served, and the resilience of our nation.

This year, 4,913 REALTOR® members were eligible to vote. Our Bylaws require 10% participation, equal to 491 members for quorum. We are pleased to report that quorum was achieved, with 11% of our members signing in to vote.

Based on the current composition of the Board of Directors, this year’s election included four (4) open seats: three (3) designated for Broker/Owners and one (1) open to any licensure status. A total of ten (10) dedicated and highly qualified members submitted their names to be placed on the ballot, demonstrating their commitment to serving our Association and community.
