VirtualTourCafe was designed to help real estate agents market their listings with all the latest technology to create, edit and distribute real estate properties to the world, via the internet. And with our exclusive EZ-AutoTour, most of the work will be done for you, automagically!


Once you have signed up for your free account with VirtualTourCafe through your MLS Products Dashboard, your listings will be automagically uploaded to VirtualTourCafe along with ALL your photos and property information from the MLS so you can get started marketing your listing right away. However, if you want to make some changes, rearrange photos and customize your virtual tour/property websites, print flyers and You-Tube-Style videos of your property’s best features, and showcase it to the world. Signing Up for VirtualTourCafe Member Benefit

Agents access the SSO dashboard by going to www.spacecoastmls.com & clicking on the red Member Login button:

The Home Page

This is the VirtualTourCafe Home Page or as we like to call it, MyCafe Page. This is where you will land once you are signed up for your VirtualTourCafe account.

TIP: The VirtualTourCafe Logo in the top Left Corner acts as the “Home Page” button. Click here to return to the Home Page anytime. Or click the “My Cafe” tab on the top left side of the menu bar under the logo.

·         Use this Home Page to Edit or Change Agent and Company Information.

·         Use the Getting Started tab to download the full Getting Started Guide, or watch our Getting Started Video Tutorial. Note, these are not Space Coast specific.

·         Use the ’Your First Tour’ EASY STEPS 1-2-3 tab to walk you through step- by-step creating a virtual tour, flyer and video. ONLY if you need to create a tour without using the EZ-AutoTour which PULLS your listings automatically. There is an option in the Tours section to PULL your listings if they were entered into the MLS prior to your joining VirtualTourCafe.

·         Use the Advanced Users tab to create or manage your virtual tours, all

from one location. Some people start here, skipping the handholding. It’s


your choice. Also, you can jump here if your tour was already created using our EZ-AutoTour. Or just go to the TOURS tab on the top menu bar.

·         NOTE: Getting Started Video for Space Coast Members: We highly

recommend you watch the “Getting Started Video” from your association as it is specific to your EZ-AutoTour service, rather than the generic video in the Getting Started tab.

·         Let us start with updating the Agent Info and Company Info to get you up and running fast!

Step 1: Editing Agent and Company Information.


Click Profile Image on left to Edit                  Click Company Logo on right to Edit


Here you can edit and upload your Agent info. Some of the details you enter here, such as your phone, Agent Profile and Credentials will appear on your Profile where people will see these details on your virtual tour, e-flyer or video. To upload your photo just choose the ‘Browse’ button and select the photo from your computer. Your photo will appear “after” clicking UPDATE.

 

You can change your Username and/or Password on this screen in the Personal Information tab.

Click on UPDATE” to save the details and continue working.

Note: The fields marked with RED are required fields without which you will not be able to update the form. Also note, we are happy to help you complete this section, please let us know if you would like your VirtualTourCafe “Virtual Assistant” to help you get started. The Company information Page

From the Settings Menu, Click on Settings Menu (black bar) and then click the Company Info tab, you will be able to add your company logo or even a Company or Personal Banner*. To do this, just select ‘Browse’ and choose the photo or image from your computer. Logos should be at least 150x150 pixels and banner should be 1075x150 pixels)

*Note: Banners are ONLY used on the standard or old virtual tour themes and not on the NEW Premium Tour Themes (included free) that most agents prefer. There is no need to add a company banner at this time.

Next, let’s add your company information (see screenshot below).



Step 2: Updating Your Default Tour Theme and Music

Once you are signed up and complete your Agent and Company Setup, you will want to choose your default Tour Theme and Background Music.

You will be able to change the theme or music as well as other defaults on individual tours, but this makes it easy to get started so all your tours are setup the same way.

If you are still in the “Settings Menu” after adding your company information and clicking SAVE, you can easily go to the other default settings by clicking or hovering your mouse over the Settings Menu in the black bar above the company information. Your screen will then look something like the screen below. Notice I have highlighted “Themes Defaults”.

Now click on the Themes Defaults and you will see the screen below and be able to choose your Default Tour Theme. We will choose a Premium Tour Theme so your tours look like a professional listing webpage!

Here you can choose the default Flyer Theme, Tour Theme or Premium Tour Theme. Click on the Premium Tour Theme. The first theme should already be selected by default, if not, click the round radio button to the left of the first tour theme.



Click UPDATE and go back to the Settings Menu to choose Background Music Defaults.

BACKGROUND MUSIC DEFAULTS


There are about 100 music options to choose from. Experiment, try different options to see what you prefer. You can listen to any music option by selecting it from the list of titles and then when you like one as your default music option, click UPDATE on the bottom of the screen. Remember, you can change the background music on any tour individually as well. This will simply be the default music unless you choose something different.


Step 2: Manage and Edit Tours The EZ-AutoTour Way

Since your listings are AUTOMAGICALLY imported from your MLS into the “Manage Your Virtual Tours” screen as shown above, there is no need to “create a tour”.

Your screen may have just one or maybe none yet if you do not have any listings added to VirtualTourCafe. In another step we will show you how you can “Pull Listings” into VirtualTourCafe if they were added to the MLS prior to you creating your account with us.


To edit one of your tours, start by turning the tour to”Visible” by clicking the

“Activate/Visible” toggle switch to “ON”

NEXT – Click the green pencil icon in the left corner of the tour or select your Tour (click your mouse on the tour) and click the “Edit Tour” from the Manage Tours menu in the black bar above the tours.



Changing Image Order

Now that you are in the EDIT TOUR mode, you can rearrange the order of the photos in the tour. First, select Change Order from the Media Tools menu in the black bar above the images as shown below.


Drag-n-drop Photos as shown below. Click SAVE when done.



View Your Tour

To view your tour, click VIEW TOUR from the MEDIA TOOLS menu.

NOTE:    To View Tour, you must have the Tour set to VISIBLE from the Activate/Visible toggle switch as we did earlier.



Above is the Virtual Tour/Property Website where your sellers, prospects, buyers and others will have the opportunity to view your listing and recognize your marketing expertise!


Step 3: Distribute Tour

The third and last step is to DISTRIBUTE your tour to the world! This is not required, however most agents want the exposure of distribution. If you want to distribute your tour, follow these simple steps.

Go to the TOURS menu on the top of the screen. You will then be in the “Manage Your Virtual Tours” screen.

Step 1: Select Your Tour (click your mouse on the tour) you want to Distribute. Be sure the Visible is set to ON. From the Distribute menu on the black bar above your tours, click Distribute Tour.



Step 2: Copy the Branded Tour link and paste into real estate sites you want your virtual tour sent to such as Realtor.com, Zillow, or others.

Note: Your MLS may already have a distribution feature and do this for you. As a member of the Space Coast Association of Realtors, your virtual tour will automatically be linked to your listing once you are signed up and create a new listing in the MLS.


Tour Links (Branded and Unbranded/MLS):

Branded links are those links associated with your personal agent and company information. This includes your picture and contact information. This is GREAT for AGENT BRANDING and getting you exposure which in turn helps create new prospects and clients! Use Branded Links for your website and send your tour to your sellers, clients, prospects, etc. You can copy and paste the links in an email!


MLS (Unbranded) links are stripped of any personal or company contact information.

NOTE: If you have any pictures or videos in your virtual tour that show branding, broker information, agents, etc., this may violate your MLS rules and you should remove those images or videos before adding to your listing, or check with your MLS to be sure you are complying with all MLS rules if you belong to an MLS.
