It is with heartfelt sympathy that we share the passing of esteemed Past President Stephanie Lynn Carlson. Stephanie served as the 2004 President for the Melbourne Area Association of REALTORS®
Stephanie called Melbourne home for over 50 years and was a dedicated REALTOR® for more than four decades. Throughout her remarkable career, she held leadership roles with the Association, served on and chaired numerous committees and served as a mentor and teacher to countless REALTORS®—many of whom continue to serve our community today. Stephanie was the embodiment of REALTOR® spirit and service.

The family will receive guests throughout the service. Stories and memories will be shared from 4:00 – 5:00 PM.
For those unable to attend in person, the service will be livestreamed on Stephanie Lynn Carlson’s Facebook page.
Following the memorial, all are welcome to continue the celebration at the home of Stephanie’s daughter, Shari. Directions will be provided at the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Health First Hospice. Please indicate “Hospice” and include Stephanie Carlson’s name in the memo.
Stephanie’s generosity with her time and knowledge was a cornerstone of her impact. She never hesitated to serve when called upon and set an example of leadership through action. Her legacy is woven deeply into the fabric of our Association, and her influence will be felt for years to come.
We extend our deepest condolences to her family, friends, colleagues, and all whose lives were touched by her grace, wisdom, and unwavering dedication to the profession she loved.
