Pool Private Y/N Helpful Tip to set up your listing to ensure data integrity and the most accurate market exposure

The Pool Private Y/N field is intended to communicate that the property has a pool in their backyard which is privately owned by the owner of the property that is being listed. This is most often used with Single Family Residences but may also be used with Townhomes provided it is not a shared pool.

A shared pool, in that case, would be indicated under Association Amenities by checking the ‘Pool’ box.

A Community Pool (previously found under Pool Features) is now indicated by checking the ‘Pool’ box under Association Amenities:

The Pool Features section is attached to the Pool Private Y/N field and will only be visible when Pool Private Y is selected.

All options under the Pool Features section apply to the Private Pool only.
