Space Coast Association of REALTORS® is a 5,200 member strong organization celebrating 65 years serving as the trusted voice of real estate on the Space Coast.
In the decades since its founding, our nonprofit has become the largest trade organization in the county, a powerful voice for property rights advocacy, professional ethics and the most accurate provider of Space Coast real estate listing data. In a time when finding authentic metrics on the internet can be a challenge, this service is essential for Space Coast home buyers and sellers.
Headquartered in Palm Shores, our mission is to support our member’s successes as real estate professionals while advocating for private property rights and the ethical practice of real estate. We accomplish this by providing REALTORS® with the resources and educational opportunities they need while also maintaining the county’s Multiple Listing Service (MLS), a database of local real estate listings. Our database is the only one that provides real-time, accurate data on Space Coast listings to the public. - Hosting Project Prom — an event open to all students to “shop” for free gently used formal attire to attend prom.
- Waterway cleanups ensuring our Space Coast waterways are clean and vibrant.
- Raising and distributing more than $1.2 million dollars to local Space Coast 501c3 non-profit organizations through fundraising efforts of our Brevard’s Children in Need Committee and Space Coast Association of REALTORS® Foundation.
- Helping Brevard’s homeless children and families in need go from helpless to hopeful.
- Our REALTOR® members volunteer countless hours to local projects close to their hearts.
Space Coast REALTORS® are strong advocates of protecting private property rights and they help so many people achieve their dreams of becoming property owners. REALTOR® advocacy efforts were crucial in supporting initiatives for affordable housing with Florida’s Live Local Act and Hometown Heroes program.
Beginning July 1, the Hometown Heroes program will have an additional $100 million dollars of funding for zero-interest downpayment and closing cost assistance home loans for eligible frontline community workers. REALTORS® can help first-time, income-qualified homebuyers realize the American dream of homeownership when they purchasing a primary residence in their communities.
On the Space Coast, we like to say, “It’s a great place to visit, but it’s a better place to live!” If you are considering the Space Coast as your home, the next major question you face is: Where will I live?
With as many options as Brevard County offers, buyers need an experienced professional to help guide that process, whether they are seeking a rental, starter home, waterfront estate, condominium, or commercial space.
Space Coast REALTORS members meet with state legislators lobbying to protect private property rights in Tallahassee during the Great American Realtor Days. The message that “all REALTORS® are real estate agents, but not all real estate agents are REALTORS®,” is central to the mission of Space Coast Association of REALTORS®.
