The Melbourne City Council has designated $1.5 million of the City’s American Rescue Plan Act Funding (ARPA) for the purpose creating affordable housing developments to increase the supply of affordable living units within the City.
Today (January 31) the City of Melbourne released a Request for Applications for the development of these projects.
To submit a project for consideration, please download and complete the ARPA Affordable Housing Application and return it to the Community Development office at Melbourne City Hall, 900 E. Strawbridge Avenue, by noon on March 22, 2023.
