As Supra continues to enhance their system, they are evaluating existing features to ensure we put the most useful tools in the hands of real estate agents. At this time, they are making a minor change to the Supra eKEY app. Starting July 5, the “eKEY Pro Upgrade” icon will be removed from the eKEY Basic app.
Note that this change does not affect keyholders currently using eKEY Pro service. In addition, the eKEY Pro app is still available as an upgraded subscription if offered to keyholders by your organization. This app screen change only removes the ability to upgrade to eKEY Pro service from within the app. Agents interested in upgrading to eKEY Pro should contact your organization to enable this subscription level through SupraNET. We believe this will have minimal impact on keyholders.
