What Is CheckMate?

CheckMate is an automated MLS error-tracking and reporting system that:

  • Monitors listings for MLS rule compliance

  • Sends warning notifications when an issue is detected

  • Issues fines if errors are not corrected within the allowed timeframe

  • Provides a centralized dashboard to view compliance activity

Now, with the new CheckMate Dashboard, members no longer have to rely solely on email notifications—you can log in and see everything in one place.
