Course Description:
Professional property management has been a growing field for many years. Due to the
number of absentee owners, many real estate practitioners have decided to enter into the
property management business. It is not for the faint of heart. From legal screening to
maintenance to evictions, there are many topics the property management professional needs
to be knowledgeable in to fulfill his or her fiduciary responsibility and stay out of trouble. We
will explore these areas and the major topics a real estate professional needs to know to
practice in the field of residential property management. This course will provide the
foundation for starting a residential property management business or expanding a currently
operating property management operation.
