What is a foreclosure? What are the types of foreclosures…and what is recognized in Florida? This course will bring you “back to the basics” covering the process and stages of a Florida foreclosure answering these questions and more!
OBJECTIVES:
· Understand the foreclosure process in Florida in order to simplify the explanation of difficult concepts to customers.
· Understand the stages of a foreclosure and provide the pros and cons and how to deal with customers in each stage.
· Identify causes of the market upheaval Explore actions a seller can take when facing foreclosure
· Practice how to communicate effectively with a seller in foreclosure
