Basics of Showing is an interactive, in-class learning experience designed to help real estate agents build confidence and skill through realistic scenarios and “choose your own adventure” case studies.
Instead of touring properties, participants work through scripted situations, decision points, client behaviors, and unexpected challenges—mirroring what actually happens during live buyer showings.
Each scenario is structured to reveal consequences, best practices, and teachable moments in real time.
