The purpose of this class is to concentrate on the leasing aspect of commercial real estate. This subset of commercial real estate stands alone because of the associated unique terms and concepts. There are many ways to structure a least and many types of commercial leases. In this class, you will learn those distinctive terms, the types of leases, and to calculate rent and commissions. You will also learn about the different types of lease representation agreements and how to be comfortable preparing a lease.
