In this class you will learn how to read and understand a Title Insurance Commitment. You will then be able to identify the key Requirements, which affect the closing process as well as the standard and specific Exceptions, which affect the status of title being insured. This seminar will cover many different scenarios, but more importantly it will help you to understand the purpose of the Title Commitment so you will be better able to recognize potential issues and ultimately to facilitate a smooth and successful closing.
