You asked and we listened. The Board of Directors have voted to turn the FlexMLS Open House feature for in person open houses back on with STRONG emphasis on Brokerages and Agents establishing personal safe business practices during this pandemic.
If you determine that a virtual open house is not an option and you are going to host an in-person open house, Florida REALTORS has developed some dos and don'ts for your consideration. A copy of the COVID-19 Open House Guide is listed below. Our new reality is that every time we meet someone, theirs or your health may be at risk. Please develop a personal plan to ensure safe showings for you, the homeowner and potential buyers.
If you find yourself out and about doing your job in need of masks or gloves, we do have a supply in the REALTOR® Store that we are selling at cost to our members. Masks are packaged in lots of 10 for $10 and latex free gloves packaged as 5 pairs for $1.
