Katherine L. Tom, a dedicated Affiliate member of the Association since 1988, announces her retirement and the closure of her esteemed title agency, The Closing Place, Inc., effective May 1, 2024. With a remarkable career spanning over four decades, Katherine has been a pillar in the industry. For the past 30 years, she has proudly served as the Owner and President of The Closing Place, leaving an indelible mark on the community.
As Katherine embarks on this new chapter, she wishes to express her heartfelt gratitude to the many loyal and wonderful customers she has had the privilege to serve, as well as her dedicated staff.
Renee Wiebelt Affiliate member of the Association for the last 38 years has had a long, successful career. Renee would like to express her gratitude to the many amazing and loyal customers she has met and closed with over the last 38 years and her dedicated processor.
