On January 26, 2024, the Space Coast Association of REALTORS® installed its 2024 President and Board of Directors. This all-volunteer leadership team will steer the largest trade organization in Brevard County throughout the year, ensuring that its commitments to property owners, REALTOR® members, and local communities are met or exceeded.
"At the Space Coast Association of REALTORS®, we take pride in leadership that will continue to drive both our mission and vision forward," said Lindsey Ruschak, Space Coast Association of REALTORS® Chief Executive Officer. "This year, we have an exceptional Board of Directors Leadership team and their dedication and commitment to our Association and Community are truly inspirational. We are confident that together, we will achieve great things for The Space Coast."
During the installation, the Space Coast Association of REALTORS® 2023 President, Nancy Bartlett, handed the gavel over to 2024 President Kerry Ramage. Past President and 2019 Florida REALTORS® District 2 Vice President, Mike Artelli installed our 2024 President, Kerry Ramage.
"As a member of the Space Coast Association of REALTORS®, I have gained invaluable knowledge about our community and the importance of working together to strengthen our profession." Said Kerry Ramage, Space Coast Association of REALTORS® 2024 President. "This year, my priorities are Advocacy, Professionalism, Outreach, Membership, and Leadership. Through these pillars, we aim to unify and strengthen our community. We want to showcase to the Space Coast, the impact that the REALTOR community has beyond assisting in home buying and selling. We are committed to supporting our community through various initiatives and outreach programs. Our goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of those around us and to continue to build a strong and thriving community. I am fortunate to work alongside such wonderful people who are dedicated to making a difference. This year will be one to remember!"
Florida REALTORS® 2023 President, Mike McGraw installed the 2024 Officers and Directors. Officers: Rusty Melle, Omar Capellan, and Donna Tidwell. Board of Directors: Mike Artelli, Tracy Hudson-Frantzis, Steve Romano, Debra Henderson, Dennis Basile, Samantha Selig, Tammy Crissafulli, Jackie Griffin, Nancy Bartlett and Lynnette Hendricks, Ex-Officio National Association of REALTORS® Director. Each member of the Board of Directors was elected to serve a three-year term.
The evening also included an awards presentation which recognized the outstanding achievements of our members in various fields. The winners were selected from a pool of highly qualified nominees. Nominations were collected from members of the Association.
The REALTOR® Spirit Award was presented to Samantha Selig for her incredible display of motivation, enthusiasm, and active participation. Samantha's dedication to the real estate profession and her commitment to serving our community truly embodies the spirit of a REALTOR®.
We are proud to recognize Candace Mulvaney as the recipient of the Rising Star Award. Candace has shown immense potential and is on a bright trajectory within our REALTOR® organization. Her passion and drive serve as an inspiration to all aspiring real estate professionals.
Mike Artelli was honored with the Local Good Neighbor Award for his selfless dedication to helping the less fortunate. Mike's tireless efforts and generosity have made a significant impact on the lives of those in need, and we are grateful for his unwavering commitment to making a difference.

Last but certainly not least, we are delighted to announce Patricia Weeks as the REALTOR® of the Year. Patricia's exceptional service and dedication to her clients, as well as her outstanding representation of our Association, have set her apart. She consistently goes above and beyond the call of duty, and we are grateful for her contributions to our profession.
