The Space Coast Association of REALTORS® proudly welcomed Lindsey Ruschak as their new CEO in January of this year. With her 12 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry and exemplary leadership skills, we are confident that Lindsey is the perfect fit for this role. As the leading voice for real estate professionals in Brevard County, we are excited to have Lindsey at the helm of our organization, driving us forward towards new heights of success. We look forward to working with her to continue to provide the highest level of service to our members and the community.
Lindsey acts as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations to ensue excellent performance and continued growth for the organization. She manages the company's operations, continues to be knowledgeable about industry changes and developments, and cultivates and develops professional relationships with other executives and management teams. Additionally, she will continue to provide a work environment in which the employees feel safe, confident, supported and encouraged to be and do their best in order to optimize their true potential.

The Space Coast Association of REALTORS® is a professional trade association providing services to the local REALTOR® community since 1959. The Space Coast Association of REALTORS® has a history that stretches back to 1959, during the early years of the Space Race. The Association is growing every day to meet the needs of Brevard County residents, and in the last four decades alone has grown from 130 REALTOR® members to more than 6,000.
Today, the Space Coast Association of REALTORS® serves all of Brevard's REALTORS® and community members and is one of the largest professional organizations in the county and has a membership base more than 6,000 REALTORS® and Business Partner Members.
