PALM SHORES, FL -- February 24, 2023 - On January 13, 2023, the Space Coast Association of REALTORS® installed its 2023 President and Board of Directors. The night was stunningly unforgettable. This all-volunteer leadership team will steer the largest trade organization in Brevard County throughout the year, ensuring that its commitments to property owners, REALTOR® members, and local communities are met or exceeded. 

During the installation, the Space Coast Association of REALTORS® Past President and 2021 Florida REALTORS® District 2 Vice President Melissa Goldman installed our 2023 President, Nancy Bartlett. “I’m so grateful to have such an honor to be elected president of this very active association. I look forward to continuing to Champion private property rights.” President Nancy Bartlett shared.

Florida REALTORS® 2023 District 2 Vice President and Space Coast Association of REALTORS® Past President Patricia Weeks installed the 2023 Officers: President-elect Kerry Ramage, Treasurer Rusty Melle, Secretary Omar Capellan, and Board of Directors: Donna Tidwell, Robin Turner, Mike Artelli, Tracy Hudson-Frantzis, Steve Romano, Dennis Basile, Debra Henderson, and Samantha Selig. Each member of the Board of Directors was elected to serve a three-year term.

In addition, we presented many awards to honor our members for their service and dedication to our Association, community, and the real estate industry. The REALTOR® Spirit Award was given to Donna Tidwell for her display of motivation, enthusiasm, and participation. Rose Street was presented the Rising Star Award for being a new up-and-comer in our REALTOR® organization. The Local Good Neighbor Award was presented to David Cable to recognize him for selflessly giving his time and energy to the less fortunate. Leah Selig was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award for her cumulative lifetime support of the Space Coast Association of REALTORS® and the real estate industry as a whole. The Business Partner of the Year Award was given to Reliable Mortgages for the company's efforts to support our REALTOR® community. Finally, Kerry Ramage was named the REALTOR® of the Year for going above and beyond the call of duty to serve and represent the Association. 

Special guests for the 2023 Installation Gala included Florida REALTORS® CEO Margy Grant, Florida REALTORS®.
