Are you interested in participating in Candidate Screening for the 2024 Primary and General Elections?
The Space Coast Association of REALTORS® invites you to participate in a live Candidate Screening Training Session with Nathan Greene, Florida REALTORS® Government Affairs Director, on February 15th at our Association.
This training session will kick-off with lunch at 11:30am sharp, followed by the training at Noon. Please make sure to RSVP no later than February 9th.
Each election cycle the Space Coast Association of REALTORS® holds Candidate Screenings to identify the candidate that would support the issues important to REALTORS®. A panel of REALTORS® will interview each candidate in a race to determine which candidate will support the local issues REALTORS® care about.
If you live in a municipality or part of the county that has a contested race we would like to have your input and perspective on the local issues that are facing your town or city etc. Your local input in important in supporting the candidate that is best for your area.

The actual Candidate Screening will take place for the Primary Elections in late June or July and in September for the General Elections.
