About the Instructor: Jeff Stechmann is the Vice President Eastern Region . He is a certified 1031 exchange continuing education (CE) instructor with the Florida Real Estate Commission. He has over 29 years of experience in the title insurance and 1031 Exchange industry. He began his career in 1995 as a Marketing Representative in a branch office for a national title insurance underwriter located in New Orleans, LA. During his career, he has held senior level positions in sales and operations management with some of the nation’s largest title insurance underwriters and he was a partner in an independent Florida title agency servicing the entire state of Florida. Prior to joining Asset Exchange Company, Jeff was the Florida Division Manager for a national title companies affiliated 1031 exchange company.
