New Home Construction and Buyer Representation (this class is an elective for the ABR)
The goal of this course is to help real estate professionals gain the product and transaction knowledge needed in order to guide buyer-clients through the steps and processes for purchase, construction, and customization of a new home. Students will learn how to interact with new-home builders and sales representatives to protect clients’ interests while development productive business relationships.
Additional Information: Successful completion of this course also fulfills the elective-course requirement to earn the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation and the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation.
