  • The Median Sales Price for Brevard Townhouses/Condos is up 1.7% to $299,990 compared to a year ago, which was $295,000.
  • Months' Supply of Inventory is up 96.7% to 5.9 months, an increase from 3.0 months in Q1 2023.
