Real Estate professionals will learn the different aspects of working with investment properties. They will learn some of the legal and financial benefits of investment real estate. They will learn the most effective way to share these aspects with investors, so they will be motivated to purchase investment real estate.
Attendees will learn:
1. Realtors will understand the benefits of real estate investing. 2. How to effectively use Land Trusts when purchasing investment properties. 3. To expand their real estate business opportunities beyond retail owner-occupied residential. 4. Realtors will understand asset protection strategies. 5. Realtors will differentiate between financing options, such as, traditional loans, hard money loans and transactional funding. 6. Realtors will learn how to calculate a Maximum Allowable Offer for an investment. 7. Realtors will understand the significance of Cap Rates and Cash on Cash Returns
Florida licensees will earn 3 hours of Specialty CE Credit upon successful course completion.
INSTRUCTOR: Hameed Siddiq is a graduate of Florida A&M University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics. He’s a licensed broker and Insurance agent in Georgia and Florida. He’s a licensed real estate instructor in Florida. He was an Adjunct Real Estate Professor with Florida State College of Jacksonville and was a certified instructor with the Florida Realtors Association. Currently, he owns a Florida licensed real estate and insurance School (Realty And Insurance U). He is a Certified residential and commercial trainer with Realtors Property Resource (RPR) and a Certified Zip Forms trainer.
