The key to success is learning how to select and demonstrate properties that satisfy your clients buying motives. Take this course and increase your competence and skill in selecting properties to show to potential buyers and in conducting demonstrations of those properties, thus facilitating the buyer’s decision to purchase a specific property that will satisfy their buying motives.

Objectives: After taking this class students will be able to: • Identify appropriate properties based on the results of qualifying the prospect • Factors to be considered when showing property to prospects

  • Help prospects visualize themselves in the homes you show them • Establishing the needs, wants and motivation of the prospect • Develop a plan of action to ensure the safety of prospects when showing property • Implement the Narrow Down and Zero-In method to help prospects choose a property
