The GRI 300 series will be offered virtually through Zoom Webinar. All class materials will be sent through a secure Digify link that will expire at the end of class. All attendees must complete an online exam on the last day of each two-day session.
The GRI 300 series focuses on real estate specialties. Property Management, how to generate income from property management, land use and concurrency, brokerage management, international real estate, condos, and residential construction will be covered in this course.
In order to receive the GRI Designation, you must successfully complete all 7 modules: GRI 101, 102, 103, 201, 202, 301, and 302. GRI 201, 202, 301 & 302 qualify for 60 hours Broker post-licensing credit. All GRI modules must be completed within 5 years of starting any module.
