From residential real estate to commercial real estate to property management, transactions don’t always happen the way we want them to go.  We will explore some of the “horror stories” of real transactions and ways to minimize the chances of these happening to you (or mitigate the risks if they do).  Learn what to watch out for and how to react if a situation arises.  After all, it’s better to learn through other people’s stories than to be the star of your own real estate horror novel.
