The Basic “From Contract to Commission” course gave an overview of the life of a contract from data entry to commission check.   We reviewed red flags that might delay closings such as:  bankruptcy, foreclosure and probates.  We solidified the importance of title insurance and gave examples of what is covered under the policy.

 This course takes an in depth look into title vesting and the different entities that hold title.   Further we will review the roles played by judgments, power of attorneys and foreign investment real property tax act in completing the closing transactions.  In this class we will cover:

Title Vesting:
1. Joint tenancy with full rights of survivorship.  
2. Tenancy in Common.  
3.  Estate by the Entireties

Corporations:
1. Corporation Existence & Ability to Hold Title.
2. Execution of Instruments by a Corporation.

Trusts:
