We live in a day and age where information is the key. When it comes to real estate, lots of
information is public record. To be successful as a real estate professional or investor, it’s
important to know where to get this information from, how to understand it and how to use it.
In this class, we will discuss the various information available through various government
public records. You will conduct public records searches online to gain experience. We will also
discuss common mistakes made by real estate professionals when it comes to public record
searches.
