The
two-day (December 10th & 11th)
SRES® Designation program
educates REALTORS® on how to profitably and ethically serve the real estate needs of the fastest growing market in real estate, clients age 50+. By earning the SRES® designation, you gain access to valuable member benefits, useful resources, and networking opportunities across the U.S. and Canada to help you in your business. You will earn 11 hours of continuing education credit as well as completion of the required core course for the SRES designation.
NOTE:
Three (3) requirements must be met to obtain and use the SRES® designation:
1. Successful completion of the two-day SRES® designation course, including an 80% passing grade on the exam.
2. Active membership in the National Association of REALTORS®.
3. Active membership in the SRES® Council. (New designees receive one-year membership in the Seniors Real Estate Council® FREE. Annual dues are $99 each year thereafter.)

Denise Oyler is a Broker Associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Sarasota; FL. Denise attended college at the University of Central Florida learning a BA in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. She also earned a Masters degree from Emerson Institute in Religious Studies.
Her professional training career began over twenty-one years ago in the boating industry. Equipped with instructor and trainer skills Denise decided to become a Real Estate agent. She started as a developer and in 2005 received her Sales Associates license. Today, Denise enjoys working with Buyer and Sellers in the Luxury market, authoring and creating training programs and speaking throughout the United States.
Denise has served at the local and state levels as Vice Chair and Chair of several committees.
Born and raised in Orlando, FL, Denise moved to the west coast of Florida over 30 years ago. Denise volunteers weekly with Tidewell Hospice.
