Know the duties in a Brokerage Relationship of a Transaction Broker. Understand Authority, Term, Broker and Seller Obligations, and Multiple Listing Service. Properly identify the Parties to the Agreement. Describe the Real and Personal Property Included in the Agreement. Determine initial List Price, Financing Terms and Seller Credits to Buyer. Complete Compensation Clauses, including Cooperation with other Brokers, and understand when Commissions due. Be able to explain consequences of Conditional Termination, Dispute resolution, the binding nature of the Agreement, Assignability and Electronic Signatures.
