Melanie Dawn, a Florida native, has worked in the real estate industry since 1985 - first as a commercial property manager and investor, then as a residential sales agent, a title closer, and in a management position for an internationally known real estate company. Melanie Dawn is a licensed title agent, and holds several specialty designations in relocation, referral, international real estate, technology, green building and others.
Melanie Dawn has been in demand as a speaker at "Elite Sales" events for top producers, and has trained real estate agents throughout Florida since 2013. She is currently a member of the national Real Estate Educators Association.
