Instructor Bio:

Mickey Godat was born in St. Louis, MO and is a graduate of Loyola University in New Orleans and St. Louis University School of Law. He began his title career as in-house counsel for a large title agency in St. Louis, MO. From there he moved to New Orleans, North Carolina, and Florida to be on the underwriting side of the business where he has been for the last 22 years working for various underwriters in multiple capacities. In 2010, he moved to Title Resources Guaranty Company where he is currently a Vice President and underwriting counsel managing the East Region, handling issues from Florida to Louisiana up to Maine.
