Preparation and Presentation: 10:15 am - 12:15 pm

Build confidence and develop the techniques needed to deliver listing presentations and secure listings.

Marketing the Property/Servicing the Seller: 1:15 pm - 3:15 pm  

Learn to provide sellers with market information they need. Gain skills to close the sale in the shortest time frame.

Prospecting for and Qualifying Buyers: 8 am - 10 am

Find and qualify buyers effectively. Increase sales by determining buyer needs, wants and financial ability to purchase.

Selecting and Showing Property: 10:15 am - 12:15 pm

Increase skills in selecting and showing property. Swiftly move buyers to a purchase decision on a home.


Presenting the Offer / Negotiating: 1:15 pm - 3:15 pm  

Increase skills in negotiating offers by working efficiently with buyers and sellers to bring both parties to an agreement.

Asking for and Obtaining Commitment: 9 am - 12 pm

Increase competence and productivity in obtaining listings and accelerate the closing of a sale by learning when, where, why and how to ask questions and make recommendations that lead to a final commitment.

Answering Objections: 1 pm - 3 pm

Objections are inevitable during the sales process. Develop the ability to overcome objections confidently while building a good working relationship and advancing the listing and selling process.

Learn communications skills to work with people from diverse backgrounds in a practical, productive manner.

Communications Skills: 10:15 am - 12:15 pm

Increase the potential for sales and communicate more effectively with buyers and sellers utilizing listening skills with verbal and non-verbal responses to quickly determine needs and wants.

Telephone Techniques: 1:15 pm - 3:15 pm  

Improve communication skills to handle all calls. Understand cold and warm canvassing techniques and learn dynamic speaking and listening skills to ensure business success.

Goal Setting: 8 am - 11 am

Develop the personal awareness and knowledge necessary for setting and attaining personal and career goals. Learn the strategies to mentally prepare, define and focus attention and energy on priorities and goals.

Elements of Successful Selling: 11:15 am - 1: 15 pm

Hours Understand the sales cycle and personal qualities needed for success. Define and develop the people skills and positive self-image that make for successful sales.

Time Management: 2:15 pm - 5:15 pm

Learn to practice effective time management. Develop, prioritize and schedule goal-related activities, recognize time stealers and identify time savers to increase productivity.
