The August 18 Primary Election demonstrated the value of REALTOR® advocacy- and the importance of your investment in RPAC.
Through candidate interviews, relationship-building, grassroots engagement and RPAC support, the Space Coast Association of REALTORS® recommended candidates who understand the issues impacting homeownership, private property rights, housing, growth, infrastructure and the real estate industry.

8 REALTOR® Party-Recommended Candidates Won Their Primary
Brian Hodgers — Florida House District 32
Won the Republican Primary with 58% of the vote. He will advance to the November General Election.
Robert Brackett — Florida House District 34
Won the Republican Primary with 86% of the vote. He will advance to the November General Election.
Megan Wright — Brevard County School Board District 1
Won the Primary with 54% of the vote.
Micah Loyd — Brevard County Commission District 1
Won the Republican Primary with 37% of the vote in a seven-candidate field and advances to the November General Election.
Rob Feltner — Brevard County Commission District 4
Won the Republican Primary with 57% of the vote.
Carol Craig — Canaveral Port Authority District 5
Won the Universal Primary with 57% of the vote.
Kenny Johnson — Palm Bay City Council Seat 4
Won the Primary with approximately 54% of the vote.
Mike Jaffe — Palm Bay City Council Seat 5
Won the Primary with approximately 59% of the vote.

Gene Trent — Brevard County School Board District 2
Received 42% and advances to the November runoff against Kyle Savage.
Michele McCormack — Brevard County School Board District 5
Received 36% and advances to the November runoff against Tammy Dennis.
Herman Cole — Titusville City Council Seat 1
Received approximately 30% and advances to the November runoff against Elizabeth Baker.
Kayla Manning — Titusville City Council Seat 5
Received approximately 43% and advances to the November runoff against Christopher Childs.
