Space Coast Association of REALTORS® Installation Gala & Annual Award Winners

PALM SHORES, FL -- January 24, 2022 - On January 14, 2022, the Space Coast Association of REALTORS® installed its 2022 President and Board of Directors. The night was both beautiful and memorable. This all-volunteer leadership team will steer the largest trade organization in Brevard County throughout the year, ensuring that its commitments to property owners, REALTOR® members, and local communities are met or exceeded.
During the installation, the Space Coast Association of REALTORS® 2021, President Patricia Weeks passed the gavel to the 2022 President and
Space Coast Association of REALTORS® Past President Dennis Basile installed the new president, Jim Britton.
Florida REALTORS® 2022 District 2 Vice President Harold Briley installed the 2022 Officers:

Secretary, Tammy Crisafulli
Board of Directors:

Mike Artelli

Each member of the Board of Directors was elected to serve a three-year term.
In addition, we presented many awards to honor our members for their service and dedication to our Association, community, and the real estate industry. The REALTOR® Spirit Award was given to Rusty Melle for his display of motivation, enthusiasm, and participation. Christina Lahiff was presented the Rising Star Award for being a new up-and-comer in our REALTOR® organization. The Local Good Neighbor Award was presented to Leon McDaniel to recognize him for selflessly giving his time and energy to the less fortunate. Lynn Jones was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award for her cumulative lifetime support of the real estate profession and Association. The Business Partner of the Year Award was given to Embrace Home Loans, Viera, for the company's efforts to support our REALTOR® community. Finally, Melissa Goldman was named the REALTOR® of the Year for going above and beyond the call of duty to serve and represent the Association.
